Lead Pastor - Joe Coffman

Pastor Joe Coffman has been leading Northpoint for over 25 years.  He and his wife Sandie have 3 grown sons, and 3 grandchildren (so far!)  Joe enjoys teaching lessons that are applicable to your life on a daily basis.

His vision for Northpoint encompasses the “Give, Grow, Share, Love” motto that Northpoint embraces.  His goal is to develop strong, mature and vibrant followers of Jesus Christ.

Associate Pastor - Mike Sabatino

Pastor Mike and Kim have been on staff at Northpoint since December of 2000.  Mike is the Youth and Young Adult Pastor. They are both lifelong West Michigan residents.

Kim is a teacher at Central High School in Grand Haven, where she teaches English working with at-risk students. Mike enjoys everything about the outdoors, hunting, fishing, freediving, boating, sailing, and working with his hands to make things.

Minister of Music - Pastor Matt Safirt

Pastor Matt & Aliceson are originally from Indiana, but have been on staff at Northpoint since 2007. They have two daughters and one son, which keeps them plenty busy. Matt enjoys playing piano, singing and is an avid cyclist of both road and mountain biking.

Alex & Nicole have 3 girls, and 1 boy to keep them busy outside of ministry.

Pastor Juanita oversees the prayer ministry here at Northpoint, and has a heart for developing prayer warriors.
